Our Leadership Team
As co-founder, Mike has been with LDG since its inception in 1987. With over 35 years of industry experience, he has extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, raw material sourcing and options, estimating and display design. He worked as LDG’s Vice President of Sales for 28 years until his promotion to President in 2016. Mike enjoys the client relationships he has fostered over the years and is extremely adept at helping customers solve complex design challenges.
As our Production Manager, Greg supervises all aspects of manufacturing. Additionally he sources and acquires all raw material, oversees the screen and digital direct printing, and is responsible for our Solid Works CAD design. He has been an integral part of our team at LDG for over 30 years.
Katie plays a key role in LDG's success as our Marketing Manager. Katie is a graduate of MSU with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She is responsible for all aspects of marketing, advertising, social media, company website, implementation of our CRM program and other general sales support.
Pat is our Sales Manager at LDG. In the time he’s been with us, he has become an invaluable asset in manufacturing, general operations and the sales process. His background includes an associate’s degree in business from ASU as well as many years experience in a construction position that included sales, estimating, customer service, project management and supervisory responsibility.
